Man boasts himself to be Civilized and Social Being. The Growing Trends of Intolerance, Desire to Fulfill High Dreams and Free Way of Life is giving rise to Family Breakups and Divorces. Husband or Wife may have their reasons, but the victim of this is Poor Innocent Child, who fails to understand anything and suffers Psychological Stress. Many Socialists and Child Psychiatrists also believe that such children may undergo Depression and develop Emotional or Psychological Problems in their Lives.

Ever Noticed a Child’s Joy and Confidence when He/She is with both of his parents. He never wants any riches or comforts in lieu of either of his parent.

Out of Dream for Freedom, Ambition or Greed, many Women walk away form a Matrimonial Tie with the Child. In absence of any Legal Procedures for Shared Compulsory Parenting in India, they continue using their own child as a weapon for Alimony, Maintenance and Extortion for Money. By adopting the Legal Procedures like 498a, Section 12 (Domestic Violence Act) and others, where in absence of provisions to safeguard Men against False Cases, only Allegations are enough for Harassment and they get easier way to get the separation and extort the money. Even our Hon’ble Courts mentioned in many instances that many of such cases are False and even coined a Term “Legal Terrorism” to Section 498a (Dowry Law), which is being widely misused.

At “Prajwal – An Initiative for Child Rights“, we are putting forward and sharing the Statistics, Agony and Pain of the Innocent Child who Suffers. Due to absence of Shared Parenting Laws and Parental Alienation, where one partner manipulates and pass on their personal hatred for their partner to the Child, Child Continues to Suffer and His Innocence is Lost in this Battle. We therefore try to be a Voice for Such Innocence, delivering the Message to Society that an Innocent Child must not be used as a Weapon for Revenges or Path to Satisfy the Desires and Greed.

Such Alienated Child develop Psychological and Emotional problems, which at times could be too dangerous, so we are delivering society a generation which will either have a permanent hatred for male or female and will have absence for family values.
