Kendriya Awas Welfare Housing Society (Regd.) has been registered as a welfare housing Society under Societies Registration Act, XXI, of 1860 (Registration No. S-38598), henceforth called Kendriya Awas. The main objective of Kendriya Awas is to provide dwelling units to Government / PSU employees. Kendriya Awas works strictly on no-profit-no-loss basis and all incomes and earnings are utilized for the sole purpose of achieving this object. Kendriya Awas is managed by serving and retired government officials. The project will have 10 Towers with a total of 726 dwelling units and is planned to have approximately 75% open spaces. Due to the weak soil composition along the Expressway, a special strengthening technique using pile foundation has been used for giving extra strength to the super structure of towers. The 10 towers of Sampada Livia have been planned in such a way that a consolidated green is available at the center of the project visible from most of the apartments. The placement of towers is such that it gives feeling of openness all around.
